Kahsennenhawe Sky-Deer

President & CEO

Kahsennenhawe Sky-Deer is a prominent First Nations leader and business executive recognized for her ability to bring together Indigenous nations, governments, and the private sector to advance initiatives of national importance across Canada and the United States.

Over a decade in public leadership, including serving as Grand Chief of the Mohawk Council of Kahnawà:ke, she played a key role in strengthening strategic partnerships and advancing the voice of Indigenous communities on the national stage.

As President & CEO of Panorama Development, she advances the firm’s vision and Indigenous participation in major infrastructure and development initiatives across Canada. She also serves as Vice President of Corporate Services at Panorama, Panorama Development real estate brokerage division.

Benoit Loyer

Executive Vice President

Benoit Loyer is a First Nations entrepreneur with nearly three decades of experience in real estate, construction, and development. He has worked with corporations, institutions, and communities to advance projects that support economic growth and long-term development across Canada.

As Executive Vice President of Panorama Development, he leads business development in real estate and construction and helps advance major initiatives across Canada. He is also CEO of Panorama, Panorama Development real estate brokerage division.

Carla Brown

Vice President, Operations

Carla Brown oversees operations and financial management at Panorama Development, ensuring disciplined execution and strong coordination across the organization. She brings experience in real estate brokerage, development, and project management, supporting the planning and delivery of key initiatives.

As Vice President, Operations, she manages operational priorities, financial oversight, and project execution while maintaining structure, accountability, and efficiency across the firm.
