Wade Griffin, C Dir.
Chief Executive Officer
Wade Griffin is a respected First Nations leader and business executive recognized for his ability to bring together Indigenous communities, governments, and industry partners to advance projects of national importance across Canada.
With over three decades of experience working with and within Indigenous communities, including more than a decade in senior leadership roles, he has played a key role in advancing procurement strategies and strengthening engagement between Indigenous organizations and federal institutions.
As CEO, he leads the firm’s strategic direction and ensures alignment with Indigenous procurement frameworks across major infrastructure and development initiatives nationwide. He also plays a central role in positioning the organization to secure and deliver high-value opportunities across Canada.
Kahsennenhawe Sky-Deer
President
Kahsennenhawe Sky-Deer is a prominent First Nations leader and business executive recognized for her ability to bring together Indigenous nations, governments, and the private sector to advance initiatives of national importance across Canada and the United States.
Over a decade in public leadership, including serving as Grand Chief of the Mohawk Council of Kahnawà:ke, she played a key role in strengthening strategic partnerships and advancing the voice of Indigenous communities on the national stage.
As President, she drives the firm’s vision and advances Indigenous participation in major infrastructure and development initiatives across Canada. She also serves as Vice President, Corporate Affairs, at Panorama’s real estate brokerage division.
Benoit Loyer
Chief Operating Officer
Benoit Loyer is a First Nations entrepreneur with nearly 30 years of experience in real estate, construction, and development, leading and advising projects involving corporations, institutions, and communities across Canada.
As Chief Operating Officer, he drives business development in real estate and construction and plays a key role in advancing major initiatives nationwide. He also serves as CEO of Panorama’s real estate brokerage division.
Carla Brown
Director, Operations
Carla Brown leads operations and financial management, ensuring disciplined execution and strong alignment across the organization. She brings experience in development and project delivery, supporting the planning and execution of key initiatives.
As Director, Operations, she oversees operational priorities, financial performance, and project execution, maintaining structure, accountability, and efficiency across the firm.
